1. Business Information

Hello Bella Beauty Studio & Academy offers professional beauty services and educational training programs in Tampa, Florida.

Services, course availability, pricing, schedules, and promotional offers may change. All important details should be confirmed before booking an appointment or enrolling in a course.

2. Beauty Appointments

Beauty appointments may be scheduled through Vagaro or other booking channels authorized by Hello Bella.

All appointments are subject to availability and confirmation.

Clients must review the cancellation, rescheduling, deposit, and no-show policies presented during the booking process.

Any applicable fees or restrictions will be communicated before booking confirmation.

3. Beauty Services, Health & Safety

Clients are responsible for informing Hello Bella Beauty Studio of any relevant allergies, sensitivities, medical conditions, or previous adverse reactions before receiving a beauty service.

Hello Bella reserves the right to decline, modify, or postpone a service when reasonably necessary to protect the health and safety of clients and staff.

Results may vary depending on individual characteristics, maintenance, and aftercare. No specific cosmetic outcome or duration of results is guaranteed.

Clients are encouraged to follow the aftercare instructions provided by their beauty professional.

Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer rights or legal remedies that cannot lawfully be waived.

4. Academy Training Programs

Hello Bella Academy offers personalized beauty training, hands-on workshops, and group masterclasses.

Course descriptions, schedules, prices, included materials, and participation requirements will be communicated before enrollment.

Enrollment is subject to availability and confirmation. Students are responsible for reviewing all course details before making a payment.

Course schedules and instructors may change when reasonably necessary. Students will be notified of significant changes and offered appropriate options in accordance with applicable law.

5. Course Deposits, Cancellations & Rescheduling

A 40% deposit of the total course fee is required to secure enrollment in any Hello Bella Academy training program, personalized course, or masterclass.

Deposit Policy

All deposits are non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law.

Rescheduling Policy

Students may request to transfer their deposit to another available training date by providing at least 48 hours' notice before the originally scheduled course.

Rescheduling is subject to instructor availability, course scheduling, and confirmation by Hello Bella Academy.

Late Cancellations & No-Shows

Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours before the scheduled course, as well as failure to attend without notice, will result in forfeiture of the deposit, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

Cancellations by Hello Bella Academy

If Hello Bella Academy cancels a course and cannot provide an acceptable alternative date, the student will be entitled to a refund of payments made for the canceled course.

All deposit and cancellation conditions will be disclosed before enrollment and payment.

6. Training Certificates & Professional Licensing

Hello Bella Academy provides educational workshops, personalized training, and professional development courses in beauty techniques.

Certificates of Completion

Students who successfully complete the applicable training requirements may receive a Certificate of Completion issued by Hello Bella Academy.

Professional Licensing Disclaimer

Certificates issued by Hello Bella Academy acknowledge participation or completion of a training program. They do not constitute a professional license issued by the State of Florida or any government licensing authority.

Unless expressly stated and legally authorized, Hello Bella Academy courses do not qualify students for state licensure.

Student Responsibility

Students are responsible for understanding and complying with all applicable licensing, certification, health, safety, and professional practice requirements before offering beauty services to the public.

Hello Bella Academy does not guarantee professional licensure, employment, business success, or specific financial results following completion of a course.

7. Intellectual Property & Course Materials

All original content published on the Hello Bella Beauty Studio & Academy website, including text, photographs, videos, logos, graphics, training materials, manuals, and educational resources, is owned by Hello Bella or used with appropriate authorization.

Educational Materials
